Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be included in that email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
