Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and stand behind the quality of our stickers.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged stickers within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The sticker must be unused

  • The sticker must be undamaged

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our stickers.

If your sticker does not perform as expected, we will send a replacement sticker at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us by email

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Used

  • Damaged by the customer

  • Returned after 30 days
